User requirements

For successful download and printing the following minimum specification is required:

PC Users:

• Microsoft Word 2000 or higher OR Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher
• One of the following browsers
  • Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher
  • Netscape Navigator 4.08 or higher
  • Opera
• Note that we cannot guarantee that the web site will operate correctly if you use an AOL browser.
• An internet connection (56k or better)
• A printer, preferably a laser printer
• 15” monitor or above with a resolution of 800 x 600 or above.

Apple Mac Users:
